Mentoring tends to be reactionary, which is fine because you're coming to me with a set of issues, habits, and beliefs that must be understood by both of us so we can understand where you're coming from and plot your path forward.

Coaching tends to be proactive, i.e., we identify goals, strengths, shortcomings, areas of improvement, metrics, and deadlines.

Training is more in the weeds/tactical, i.e., scripts for dealing with prospects, customers, vendors, staff, peers, and even family and friends.

I've engaged in all of the above since the U.S. Air Force thrust me into leadership as a 19-year-old sophomore in Colorado, and I've since been retained by executives at Dell, GKIC, SEMPL, Ontraport, and Keap, just to name a few of the many organizations that have become my client.
