Use Keap CRM Triggers For Sales Force Automation

If you have Keap Max Classic, Triggers are part of the Pipeline Automation features, which are under the CRM Settings > Sales Settings of your Infusionsoft application.

Now scroll down to Sales Settings and find Pipeline Automation:

 

Infusionsoft Opportunity_pipeline_automation

 

From there you'll see your Trigger options.

Triggers can kick into gear as your opportunities move into or out of a stage.

They can also be set to Trigger when the percent chance reaches a certain level.

However, creating your sales force automation here is more of a legacy feature of your Keap Max Classic CRM, formerly Infusionsoft.

With the Campaign Builder, which has been around since about 2012, you can create even more detailed automation triggers with the drag and drop Goals and Sequences.
