Here we go: Insightly vs Keap.
This is really an inaccurate question/comparison.
A more accurate comparison would be "Insightly vs Zoho," who is the most direct competitor.
However, people ask about Insightly vs Infusionsoft so here we go.
People that switch to Insightly are "just looking for a simple, easy CRM platform that you can get up and running in a day," according to the Insightly sales person I spoke to today, and I agree.

It's a solid CRM with a nice GUI/User interface, stable, US-based support—Insightly is headquartered in San Francisco and all support is there—and some nice integrations such as:
- QuickBooks
- Zapier
- MailChimp
- iOS and Android
Their pricing starts at FREE, but even their mid-tier package is just $35 per user per month on a monthly basis, or you can pre-pay and bring that down to just $29 per user per month.
It is lacking in the area of email marketing as well as marketing and workflow automation—which are features that Infusionsoft does quite nicely—and I cannot over-emphasize the need to implement processes and automation into every aspect of your business.
That being said, if you are just starting out and you need a great CRM that is built around and for small businesses, Insightly is worth your time and consideration.
Below is a quick video I did from my own free account that I just created along with some screenshots from the demo I received from Insightly today. I hope this helps you make an informed CRM / email marketing / marketing automation buying decision.
